Venue: Southdown Gun Club
Date: 13th/14th October 2007
I wasn't there but Luke Riddington kindly did the honours and as far as I understand the sun shone and, despite the shoot being tricky, everyone was happy.
There was a tie for the champion between Mark Vessey and Scott Greenfield who presumably are going to shoot off for the title at a later date.
Jane Maloney won the ladies, Sam Mepham won the juniors, Daniel Wicker (who was pleased I wasn't there as he did not have to kiss me!!!) won the colts and Tom Hicks won the veterans.
The team event was won with some style by Oxfordshire with Kent is second place and Sussex in third. I would like to thank Dave and Carol Peckham for organising this event on behalf of the South East Region and Luke for being my stand in for the day!!!
